I spent nearly 30 years of my life working at car dealerships as a line technician. Over the years, I have seen many car salesmen who would say or do anything to make a sell. At these dealerships, they tack on many types of fees that raise the cost of a vehicle 3-4 thousand dollars above the listed price. When I found a 2012 Volvo online for just under 10k, I had to have it. I spoke with Alex on the phone and drove to Hickory to test drive the car. Alex worked with me and I purchased the car. Alex didn't add several thousand dollars of fees and sold me a great car. Out of all the car dealerships I worked for, I have never met a better person than Alex. If you are looking to buy a car, you should really go see Alex first.

Great customer service and an honest salesman.....I purchased my 2016 BMW X5 35d from Alex. I put a deposit on the car a week before flying down from Ohio. Alex kept in contact the whole time and had a person who also wanted the vehicle but he honored my deal and even when I got there early on Saturday morning the person interested in buying the vehicle was waiting to see if I showed up. Alex handled the whole transaction professionally and the car is perfect! Me and my son drove the car back to Ohio and I had its oil and inspection done by my local BMW dealership and they say it is like new! I would highly recommend Alex and LA Motors for anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle even if you are from out of state!

When we arrived we were not swarmed by salesmen or upsold on our purchase. The process was quick, painless, and Edith explained anything and everything we asked about during our time there. While we were signing papers they washed our new vehicle and cleaned the inside out for us. Highly recommend LA Motors for your next used vehicle!

I bought a van at LA Motors 5 or 6 years ago and have been very pleased with that purchase so I went back! Alex is still the best! So easy to work with and he had exactly what my daughter was looking for, a Toyota Highlander with low miles.
